Thank you for submitting your order for services to ODVA.
Upon acceptance of your order, the Conformance Authority (CA) for ODVA technologies will contact you to request additional documents required to conduct the services, and to provide information on how to schedule the services ordered and submit payment. To allow time to process your order, complete the necessary documentation and accommodate lead time at the Service Provider (TSP), it is recommended that you submit the order as soon as your Preferred Service Date is known. Average lead time for services is six to eight weeks after acceptance of order but lead time varies depending on demand at the time of order.
If you wish to test Ethernet-APL/Ethernet-SPE at ODVA, please complete and submit the Ethernet-APL Conformance Test Order form on https://www.odva.org/subscriptions-services/test-services/request-ethernet-apl-conformance-test/.
If this test involves a brand label partner or other third party, an authorized representative of the company that holds the Vendor ID in the identity object, attribute 1 of the product must complete and submit to ODVA the Supplemental Release for Third-Party Communication (PUB 208R1), available on: https://www.odva.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/PUB00208R1_Supplemental-release.pdf.
ODVA will send you an invoice with payment instructions based on your preferred method of payment.
