Register for Industry Conference

For payments made by check, payment must be made in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Payment is due on receipt of invoice and must be received in advance of the event.

IMAGE CONSENT POLICIES

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ODVA’s 2026 Industry Conference & Annual Meeting constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by ODVA.

REGISTRATION CHANGE POLICIES

Registrations are non-refundable; however, they may be transferrable (see details below):

• Due to contractual obligations with Hilton Vilamoura, we must advise that registrations are non-refundable upon submission of the registration form.  By submitting this form, you understand and agree to the requirement that the registration may not be cancelled at any time and for any reason and that you are liable for payment. 
• Transfer of registrations to another individual in your company are permitted on written request to [email protected], no later than Monday October 12, 2026. Only one substitution/transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution, as well as any balance due from the original registration fee.
