Apply for Membership and Technology Licensing
Membership in ODVA is limited to Licensed Vendors of ODVA technologies. Whether your company is already a Licensed Vendor of ODVA technologies, or you are just getting started, the path to ODVA licensing and membership begins with the ODVA Application and Agreement for Membership and Terms of Usage (the “Agreement”).
How to Apply
To initiate the application process, please complete the form on https://www.odva.org/request-odva-agreement/, which provides ODVA with essential information about your company, products, and licensing needs. ODVA will review your request and send a prepared Agreement directly to your authorized representative for review and digital signature.
Applicants may download a watermarked review copy of the Agreement from the Document Library.
