ODVA’s Conference app, odvaconference.sched.com, is home to all the information you need to successfully navigate ODVA’s 2023 Industry Conference, including the full schedule of events, your personal selection of events to attend, speaker and attendee profiles, technical paper abstracts, ground transportation information, and more.

Key Facts about Sched

Please note the following important facts about Sched:

1. You must REGISTER for the Conference before you can build your personal schedule using the Conference app.
2. Beginning the first week of September 2023, or within 2 business days after you REGISTER for the Conference, ODVA will send an invitation from [email protected] to the same email address you used to register for Conference. This personal invitation is your unique key to accessing ODVA’s 2023 Industry Conference app to select sessions and build your personal schedule. Please watch for this invitation in your inbox (kindly check your spam and junk folders, too), and tap the link in that email to CREATE YOUR PROFILE + SCHEDULE (or Set a password & access your profile).
3. Access to odvaconference2023.sched.com is by invitation-only. ODVA’s 2023 Industry Conference is, therefore, not listed publicly on the Sched.com directory of events. You will be able to log into odvaconference2023.sched.com only after we process your registration and invite you to access the Conference app.
4. If you have not received your Sched invitation from [email protected] within 2 business days after submitting your Registration for Conference, and you have checked your junk and spam folders, please contact [email protected] or Sched support.

Mobile versions of the Sched app are available for Android and Apple devices — just search for Sched in your app store, and look for the astronaut icon with the black background.

Tips for Using Sched

We encourage you to complete a full Sched profile with your photo and make it public, for easy networking with other Industry Conference attendees. Allowing notifications from within the app will also help you to stay informed of any schedule changes.
