Lodging in Standard Suite (including Room, Tax, and Mandatory Resort Fee) at Le Meridien Ra Hotel on the nights of Tuesday October 17 and Wednesday October 18, 2023. If ODVA's room block at Le Meridien Ra Hotel is completely full at the time of your registration, ODVA will contact you to ask if you are willing to accept an alternative location.
Eligibility to obtain one of up to 20 free Customer Sponsorship passes to end users/OEMs which would cover the standard registration fee and nights. ODVA will distribute these on a first-come, first-served basis to members who wish to bring one or more of their customers with them. The customer must be from an end user or OEM who is using ODVA technologies. Expression of Interest form will be posted on this site by March 31, 2023, and distributed via email upon posting to those already registered.

HEALTH AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICIES

ODVA is committed to the safety and well-being of our attendees and guests.

Accordingly, we continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 variants and other communicable diseases and their impact on in-person gatherings. ODVA will implement health and safety protocols appropriate to the public health circumstances existing at the time of the Event.

ODVA expects attendees to take personal responsibility to protect themselves and others by following guidance from public health agencies, such as the recommendation from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) that everyone over 12 receive the updated bivalent vaccine. Attendees who are not current on vaccinations should test for COVID-19 before traveling to ODVA’s Industry Conference and should not travel or attend if they test positive or have symptoms of COVID-19.

All attendees should evaluate their individual requirements for travel to Spain on the Travel Safe España website: https://travelsafe.spain.info/en/. Requirements may vary depending on your country of origin and vaccination status.

Together with Le Meridien Ra Hotel, ODVA Inc. (ODVA) has taken preventative measures to reduce the spread of Communicable Disease including COVID-19 (“Communicable Disease”) at its 2023 Industry Conference & 22nd Annual Meeting (the “Event”). However, I recognize that even diligent efforts to follow public health guidance and orders cannot guarantee that attendees will not contract or transmit the virus that causes COVID-19 or other dommunicable diseases, even if the participants have been vaccinated against COVID-19, and that participants or those they encounter face risks of infection from this potentially deadly disease as a result of traveling to and participating in the Event and related activities. ODVA will continue to monitor the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the CDC’s recommendations, and national, regional, and local requirements. Should any changes to the protocols be required prior to the Event, an updated protocol will be provided to all Event attendees.

As a participant in the upcoming Event, I agree that I will not attend the Event if I have symptoms of COVID-19 or a positive COVID-19 test result. In addition to all other rules relating to my attendance at the Event, I agree to comply with all health-related laws, guidelines, protocols, or procedures that may be implemented by ODVA, the national and local government, and the venue as applicable at the time of the Event for the duration of my stay, in order to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all attendees, including any directives for frequent hand washing, social distancing, and use of face masks when indoors. I agree that if I experience any symptoms associated with a communicable disease during my attendance at the Event, I will inform ODVA staff as soon as reasonably possible and depart the Event.

I understand that entry to and departure from Spain may involve requirements and restrictions depending on my country of origin, my vaccination status, and public health circumstances existing at the time of travel for the Event. I will consult the Travel Safe Espagña website on https://travelsafe.spain.info/en/ and plan accordingly for my personal circumstances.

IMAGE CONSENT POLICIES

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ODVA’s 2023 Industry Conference & 22nd Annual Meeting constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by ODVA.

REGISTRATION CHANGE POLICIES

Registrations are non-refundable; however, they may be transferrable (see details below):

Due to contractual obligations with Le Meridien Ra Hotel, we must advise that registrations are non-refundable upon submission of the registration form. By submitting this form, you understand and agree to the requirement that the base conference registration may not be cancelled at any time and for any reason and that you are liable for payment of the registration fee.
Transfer of registrations to another individual in your company are permitted with payment via credit card of a $50 administrative fee prior to the event start date and no later than Tuesday, October 17, 2023. Please submit a written request to [email protected] Only one substitution/transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution, as well as any balance due from the original registration fee.
Changes to original reservation requests involving the addition or subtraction of hotel room nights and/or guests will be accommodated based on hotel availability. A $50 administrative fee payable by via credit card will be assessed for each request to change the original reservation.
