2. MEMBERSHIP

A. Class of ODVA Membership*

An Entity may hold membership in only one class of ODVA membership at any given time. An Entity must also complete Section 3 to become a Licensed Vendor. Please select the desired ODVA membership for Entity:

Principal (voting, 50% discounts on base price of specifications, test software, and conformance test services; requires Board of Directors approval)

Regular (voting, 50% discounts on base price of specifications, test software, and conformance test services)

Associate (non-voting, 25% discounts on base price of specifications, test software, and conformance test services)

Non-Member (not eligible for membership privileges or discounts)

3. ODVA TECHNOLOGY TO WHICH ENTITY SEEKS TO BECOME A “LICENSED VENDOR.”

An Entity must become a licensed vendor of ODVA to each ODVA technology selected below for which this Agreement is being submitted:
