Membership is limited to Licensed Vendors of ODVA technologies. Whether your company is already a Licensed Vendor of ODVA technologies, or you are just getting started, the path to ODVA licensing and membership begins with the ODVA Application and Agreement for Membership and Terms of Usage. To initiate the application process, complete the Request Application form to provide ODVA with some essential information about your company. ODVA will then prepare an Application and Agreement for Membership and Terms of Usage for your authorized representative to complete and submit online. Applicants may download a review copy and start the application process from the Document Library.
