ODVA’s Application and Agreement for Membership and Terms of Usage, including all Exhibits and Schedules, (collectively, the “Agreement”) is a foundational document behind ODVA’s large and vibrant community of adopters. It includes a license agreement between ODVA and each entity that is licensed by ODVA to make and sell products using ODVA technologies (an “Entity”). This Agreement defines Entity’s responsibilities and rights in connection with use of the licensed ODVA technologies and, if applicable, membership in ODVA.
