• Easy Configuration — With configuration screens in RSLogix 5000, web-based configuration through your web browser, and default switch configuration settings, the Stratix 6000 set up is simple and does not require a network expert.
• Security — Protect your network against unauthorized access using device authentication (MAC ID), turn ports on and off per your security needs, and restrict unwanted access using user name and password authentication.
• Diagnostics and Monitoring — The RSLogix 5000 Add On Profile (AOP), predefined Logix tags, and pre-engineered FactoryTalk View HMI diagnostic faceplates allow for access to network status.
• Simple Maintenance — Replace devices connected to your Stratix 6000 using DHCP per port IP address assignment. End devices simply request their IP addresses upon power up allowing your network to recover automatically.
