ISO Valve Series for Serial Networks

  

 
Our VSR and VSS ISO Valve Series have serial network connectivity through our IN313 or EX230 serial interface units. The IN313-DN1B SI unit is compatible with the non-IP65 (or non-NEMA4) versions while the EX230 SI unit is compatible with our new IP65 and NEMA4 versions of the VSR and VSS.
 

Features Include:
  • Connector manifold requires no wiring when mounting stations (mount/dismount is easy due to the manifold block joint bracket)
  • New VSR/VSS versions have up to an IP67 or NEMA4 protection rating
  • Self-diagnostic function for excess current
  • Large flow: Cv 4.0
  • Long life: (metal seal has life of 50 million cycles)
  • Available in Size 1, Size 2, and Size 3
  • Metal seal and rubber seal available

Features for the EX230 Serial Interface unit:

  • 16 outputs and up to 16 inputs
  • Over-current protection
  • All connections conform to NEMA4 standards
  • Option to have 2 inputs per a single M12 connector
