The Compact Performance (CPV-DN3) valve manifolds connect directly to DeviceNet networks. Manifolds are available in 10, 14, and 18mm valve widths. The 8 position manifolds can be configured with up to16 3/2 valves or combinations of 3/2, 5/2 and/or 5/3-way valves. Embedded solid-state circuitry eliminates discrete wiring.

Manifolds are expandable via CPI-String with different I/O modules and 2 additional valve manifolds. Up to a total of an additional 32I/32O. There is a selectable connector option, including M12, open and built-in T-TAP. Full diagnostics support preventative maintenance and device specific conditions. Operating power is derived from the DeviceNet bus. Solenoids are powered by a separate connector, enabling E-stop functions.

The valves offer high flow-to-size performance, with 0.4 to 2.1Cv flow rates. A plug-in pneumatic “multipole” sub-base contains all pneumatic connections on one removable plate, simplifying installation and maintenance.
