The SLC 1747-ACN15 and 1747-ACNR15 ControlNet I/O adapter have been designed to provide a scheduled and unscheduled ControlNet network connection for SLC I/O.

The SLC adapter module provides the capability for a SLC chassis of analog and/or discrete I/O modules to produce/consume scheduled I/O to a ControlNet network.

• 4 digit/7-segment display for node address and module status
• Node address set via rotary switches (in decimal)
• No DIP switches needed for module configuration
• Optional media redundancy (Dual BNC connectors)
• Module powered directly from SLC chassis backplane
• Module communicates over SLC Chassis backplane with I/O modules (analog & discrete)
• Provides 1746 I/O ControlNet connectivity to PLC-5® ControlNet Processors, or SLC 500 systems using the 1747-SCNR module
• Allows 1746 SLC I/O to be configured in ControlNet PLC-5 Backup Systems, using redundant PLC-5 ControlNet processors, and 1785-CHBM cartridges
• Supports ControlNet scheduled and unscheduled messaging
