The SLC 1747-SCNR (SLC SCNR) ControlNet module has been designed to provide a scheduled ControlNet network connection for a SLC programmable controller (5/03, 5/04 or 5/05). The SLC SCNR module provides the capability for a SLC controller to produce/consume scheduled I/O to and from a ControlNet network; allowing for the control of I/O events in real-time. The SLC SCNR module is connected to the ControlNet network via the standard BNC connectors. The module is powered from and communicates with the SLC chassis backplane for exchange data with the SLC controller and the scanner module.
