ODVA issues a Declaration of Conformity for each product that has passed conformance testing at one of ODVA's authorized Test Service Providers (TSPs) subject to the vendor's compliance with their signed Terms of Usage Agreement and ODVA's conformance test policies and guidelines. To maintain their Declarations of Conformity, vendors must continue to comply with the Terms of Usage Agreement and ODVA conformance test policies and guidelines.
The lists of Declarations of Conformity are historical records of products that have received Declarations of Conformity from ODVA. As such, a product's presence on a Declaration of Conformity list is not an indication that the product is still available for purchase from the vendor listed.
