Order a subscription to an ODVA network specification and/or an ODVA network vendor ID using the form above.

First time subscribers need to complete and submit an ODVA Terms of Usage Agreement with their order.

Companies must hold a subscription to the relevant network specification in order to obtain a vendor ID.
